- Technical, skilled, and non-skilled training
- Education consulting and recruitment support
- Commission agent and support services related to the above industries

3. Training & Course Enrolment
- All course fees must be paid in full before commencement.
- Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by OMY.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course with prior notice.

All training materials, documents, videos, and course content are the intellectual property of OMY Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on any proprietary information, client data, or business strategy shared during the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
OMY Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, unless caused by proven gross negligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, failing which, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Kuala Lumpur.
