OMY Sdn Bhd (Company Reg. No.: 202501000004 / 1601419-H) is committed to delivering high-quality consultancy, training, and project management services. We value our clients’ satisfaction and aim to provide transparency and clarity regarding our refund process.
1. Training and Workshop Fees
Fees paid for training courses, workshops, and seminars are non-refundable once registration is confirmed and access is granted to training materials or platforms.
In the event of cancellation by OMY Sdn Bhd due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, venue issues, or low enrollment), participants may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer of registration to another course date.
2. Consulting and Project Services
Consulting and project service fees are non-refundable once a project has commenced or services have been rendered.
If the client chooses to cancel a project before commencement, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of OMY Sdn Bhd, after deducting any administrative or preparation costs.
3. Digital Products / Downloads
Due to the nature of digital training materials and downloadable content, no refunds will be issued once access or downloads have been made.
4. Commission-Based Engagements
Commission-based transactions are subject to pre-agreed terms outlined in signed agreements. Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
