We value our clients&#8217; satisfaction and aim to provide transparency and clarity regarding our refund process.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Training and Workshop Fees<\/h5>\n\n<p>Fees paid for training courses, workshops, and seminars are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once registration is confirmed and access is granted to training materials or platforms.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of cancellation by OMY Sdn Bhd due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, venue issues, or low enrollment), participants may choose:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>A full refund, or<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of registration to another course date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Consulting and Project Services<\/h5>\n\n<p>Consulting and project service fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once a project has commenced or services have been rendered.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the client chooses to cancel a project before commencement, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of OMY Sdn Bhd, after deducting any administrative or preparation costs.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Digital Products \/ Downloads<\/h5>\n\n<p>Due to the nature of digital training materials and downloadable content, <strong>no refunds<\/strong> will be issued once access or downloads have been made.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Commission-Based Engagements<\/h5>\n\n<p>Commission-based transactions are subject to pre-agreed terms outlined in signed agreements. Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
